Admissions criteria

Academic Background

Candidates from any Bachelor program. Candidates with limited quantitative skills may need to complete bridging courses in August.

Languages

Candidates are encouraged to provide evidence of English language proficiency at level B2. No knowledge of Portuguese is required.

Professional Experience

Professional experience is NOT a requirement to be admitted. Candidates with more than 2 years of professional experience should consider applying for an MBA.

Age

Under 26 years old.

When to apply

Applications for the Spring Intake open September 1st, 2018 and will close September 30th, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. (GMT. Greenwich Mean Time).

 

How to apply

Step 1 - Online Application

The admissions process starts upon submission of the online application along with the relevant documents

At this stage, the following documents will be requested:

  1. ID photo
  2. Copy of ID card
  3. Curriculum Vitae (in English)
  4. Grade transcript with full course list and grades in English
  5. Motivation letter/cover letter in English
  6. English Certificate (when available)
  7. Second foreign language certificate (for International Master in Management)
  8. Proof of mobility experience (for International Masters in Management)
  9. Application fee payment receipt (non-refundable fee of 51€ for all applicants)
  10. Any other documents in English that you think may enrich your application, such as a motivation letter or reference letter

Confirmation of enrolment will be subject to presentation of an Official Graduation Certificate within the first month of classes.

Step 2 - Interview

Candidates may have to attend a Skype interview with either alumni or faculty designed to examine the information provided in the application and evaluate the applicant’s eligibility and suitability for the program.

Step 3 - Decision

Following the application review, the Admissions Committee will make its final decision based on all information available. 

The decision will be communicated by email in October, early April and early May. Candidates are responsible for checking their email account for school messages (including the spam or junk folders). In the event of no contact from the school, candidates should email or call the Admissions Office. 

Step 4 - Enrollment

Admitted candidates will have to pay a €1 000 non-refundable enrolment fee, to be deducted from the total tuition fee. No exceptions or late payments will be accepted.

NB. Admitted students can defer for up to one semester without having to reapply. However, they must pay the enrolment fee to guarantee their place, and inform the school no later than one month prior to the beginning of the term. Non-respect of this deadline or an unsuccessful request to defer will require submission of a new application.
